Il suffit d\u2019un premier pas pour faire bouger les choses\u2026<\/h2>\n

Mettre un sourire sur un visage. Contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion sociale et l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de tout un chacun, ind\u00e9pendamment de sa couleur de peau, de ses diff\u00e9rences, de ses aptitudes. EllGeo Re en a fait sa devise, ses valeurs. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019optique d\u2019encourager le d\u00e9veloppement et le bien-\u00eatre de tous pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9 il fait mieux vivre, cette entreprise, membre du groupe IBL, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019apporter son soutien \u00e0 Cap Sunshine, une ONG qui s\u2019est donn\u00e9 pour mission de mettre l\u2019art et les loisirs au service de personnes ayant des besoins sp\u00e9ciaux. <\/span><\/p>\n

Parmi, des jeunes et moins jeunes atteints de trisomie 21. \u00c0 l\u2019instar de ma petite s\u0153ur Ann-Grace, bient\u00f4t 16 ans, une enfant n\u00e9e avec un double handicap, la trisomie et l\u2019autisme, mais qui est un vrai rayon de soleil pour sa famille. <\/span><\/p>\n

Bien trop souvent, le jugement sur le physique et le comportement des enfants trisomiques prend le dessus sur l\u2019empathie et la compr\u00e9hension de la maladie. Bien trop souvent, les familles d\u2019enfants trisomiques se retrouvent seules, l\u00e9s\u00e9es, face \u00e0 toute l\u2019attention, tous les soins, que ces enfants requi\u00e8rent. Mais le changement est possible. Et cela commence par des petits coups de pouce, comme celui apport\u00e9 par EllGeo Re.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lorsque la compagnie m\u2019a fait part de son d\u00e9sir de contribuer \u00e0 la cause des enfants autrement capables, \u00e0 la cause humaine tout simplement, je n\u2019ai pas pu m\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019\u00eatre touch\u00e9e. Touch\u00e9e parce qu\u2019au-del\u00e0 du business, des chiffres, du profit, il y a l\u2019humain. Et \u00e7a, EllGeo Re l\u2019a compris. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs une des raisons qui m\u2019ont encourag\u00e9e \u00e0 rejoindre l\u2019entreprise il y a bient\u00f4t deux mois. <\/span><\/p>\n
