A quiet personality with a world of surprises. Mallika Golap joined EllGeo Re in 2024 as a Trainee Finance Officer. Her role allows her to explore and develop her financial talents while thriving in an environment that values learning. As she progresses in her ACCA Level 2 journey, she perfectly embodies the Forward-Looking value, embracing a clear vision for her future.

Mallika isn’t afraid to step outside her comfort zone, whether it’s hosting haircutting sessions at home for her father and brother or trying out new food trends with her friends.

A sports enthusiast since her college days, she enjoys playing volleyball with her siblings, whether at the beach or at home. Pilates and jogging are also among her favourite ways to unwind, as she incorporates the values of sportsmanship into her professional ethos.

Mallika also channels her creativity through styling outfits. At home, she’s a proud pet owner, sharing her space with a dog and three tortoises. Her favourite dish? Her mum’s signature briyani, always paired with a sweet treat for the perfect finish.
